We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Peach Underwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must still have all original tags and liners intact to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
